You have to do this for the levels VMBO, HAVO and VWO. You have to do this for the lower grades year 1 (bridge class), year 2, year 3 and the upper grades year 4 (exam year of VMBO, 4 HAVO and 4 VWO), year 5 (exam year of HAVO, 5 VWO) and year 6 (exam year VWO). Make it in the Dutch language.
Make sure that the subject improvement plan is focused on improving the results of students. Look at the learning objectives map of the SLO for the learning objectives. Also look for other sources that are relevant.
In the subject improvement plan we also want students to develop subject-relevant skills. These skills must be built up through the grades. The connection between the lower grades and the upper grades must be good. But at the same time, it may be that students only receive the subject in the lower grades.
